Recently we made some changes to how emails were sent, to help improve deliverability and client experience. However, we went too far π
So, we made a change based on your feedback πͺ
Residents must be IMPORTED and ACTIVE to receive emails. We are removing the criteria that a resident status must be LIVE. This means you can communicate to all residents even those not using the mobile app
To check who will receive an email, you can visit the Residents βͺ Users page, and look at the Active tab
