What we Ship in real-time

25.0.3

Automatic resident importing is here for your integrated partner platforms!

To enable this for a community you need to either import all residents using the go live button or select all outstanding pending import users and import them. A tick will show next to the community in the user management page to indicate that future changes are now being handled by the platform.

To make this even more flexible we have introduced a fourth resident state called imported. New residents automatically imported will go straight into this state. Invitation emails are not sent because we want you to decide how their access to the app is handled.

Residents will appear in your admin portal ready to be used, and when you’re 💯 ready to bring them into the app you can select all and bulk invite.

Please reach out to our support team for any questions you have.

We heard 👂 your feedback 👀

Custom invitation emails are fantastic but when the activation button is at the bottom it means some people do not find it! Your feedback was to add an additional button to the top, so we have!

We have added an admin selector on the community details page, so it’s even easier to see who has access to that community - and make changes while you’re there!

You can now open requests from the dashboard in a tab! This helps to keep your filtered view on one tab, and all the requests you need in their own space.

We have different key combinations for whether you’re a Mac or WIndows user

  • Windows: hold down CTRL + Left click a request

  • Mac: hold down CMD + Left click a request

We have made a slight but powerful change to job management. We have re-thought and re-designed the function to email a quote or work order to just the committee, and instead we have provided a multi-select to include more audience!

Email the assignees? Done!

Email the building manager? Done!

Email the committee or invidual committee members? Done!

Far more flexibility :cartwheeling:
