When residents open links in emails from resvu the URLs will now show as from https://file.cloud.resvu.io improving deliverability and reassuring to residents 😀

Resident information can now be edited in resvu providing a streamlined high quality client experience - no more waiting for overnight synchronisations! Edit:

  • First and last name
  • Mobile
  • Preferred name
  • Secondary email

We've also updated addresses so you can add more than one against a resident!

Committee hub

We have a completely refreshed and thoughtful committee experience coming for admins and our mobile app. Topics will become the power-house for committee discussions and votes. New editing options, summaries of topics, voting on behalf and exporting and reporting all built-in.

Live link for contractors

Provide your contractors with a live link for a job, so they can see work order details at a glance, engage with your strata managers or maintenance teams, upload proof of works, and submit their invoices. Concept shown:
