☎️ Choosing the right site contact just got easier.
When selecting a site contact or secondary contact on quotes and work orders, you can now see the resident’s key contact details right there.
Less jumping between screens. More confidence you’ve picked the right person.
🏘️ Requests can now be moved when they’ve landed under the wrong community.
Great for those real-world moments where owners have multiple lots, things get submitted in the wrong place, and everyone just needs it fixed neatly.
Comments can now be edited with a full version history available.
So if something needs a quick correction or update, you can make the change without losing the audit trail.
Cleaner comments, with the receipts still intact.
🗄️Historic quotes and work orders now have PDFs.
That means older records are easier to download, share, and keep on file.
A handy little upgrade for the archive.
You can now see contractor ABNs directly in the contractor selection table.
Perfect for those moments where you just need to quickly check the details without opening the full contractor profile (but it's there too).
One less click. We’ll take it.
✨ We’ve refreshed the admin top bar to give the platform a little more breathing room.
Support chat has moved, the layout is tidier, and the things you use every day should feel that bit easier to find.
A small polish pass, but a nice one.
When an SMS goes over 160 characters, resvu will now let you know.
Helpful for keeping messages clear, concise, and a little friendlier on SMS usage.
No more surprise long-message moments.
Community managers can now receive email notifications when residents self-register and are waiting for approval.
It’s especially helpful for communities using self-registration as their main way to bring residents into resvu.
Less checking. Faster approvals. * if there is no community manager the global admin receives the email
Your table density preference now sticks.
Set your dashboard to compact, comfortable, or whatever works best for you, and resvu will remember it next time.
Tiny setting. Big quality-of-life energy.
We're keeping resvu running smooth with all the improvements and maintenance work 🛠️
That's right, we've added a PDF button so when you issue a quote request or work order you can download a copy of it 📎
We've also added a link to the communication log into the activity log, so you can quickly see if the email was delivered and read

We've introduced two new resident options, and a metric...
By default this will be on, but if you toggle it off that resident will no longer receive any emails from resvu (excluding password reset and app invitations).
By default this is off, but if you toggle it on then the resident status will update to opted out, and they will not receive invitation emails or password reset emails
Both of these toggles will be taken into account when bulk selecting from the table view, to make your life so much easier 🌴
