Now, all audience selectors include the user type (owner, tenant etc...) along with their lot number

And you can search by lot number now too 🎉

Contractors will no longer receive an email letting them know that a work order has been closed 📩

Freeing up their inbox (and yours) that little bit more 🚀

When residents open links in emails from resvu the URLs will now show as from https://file.cloud.resvu.io improving deliverability and reassuring to residents 😀

Now when you convert a quote to a work order the attached file is downloadable from the work order.

Resident information can now be edited in resvu providing a streamlined high quality client experience - no more waiting for overnight synchronisations! Edit:

• First and last name
• Mobile
• Preferred name
• Secondary email

We've also updated addresses so you can add more than one against a resident!

The community selector really is that wonderful and reliable drop-down used across the entire platform, and now it has been tweaked to always show

• Community name
• Community scheme
• Community address

It still supports searching against all of these now too 🙌
