We’re continuing to improve the resident app and your client experience - this release we’ve moved all lot/unit information into the My Account section (doing away with the lot view under settings).
No longer will it just show a confusing lot number; we’ve added in labels, address information and the resident’s user type (for that lot).
Levies and notices can still be accessed by clicking through - we hope this helps moving forward 💙

Not us! Which is why we’ve introduced a button to quickly remove selected contractors from your quote requests and work orders - no more need to open the selection drawer and un-tick

💡 Thanks to your feedback, contractors can now be cancelled from issued quote requests 🤯 click the ellipsis (three dots) on the contractor and you will find the cancellation.
You can provide the contractor with a reason too.
Cancellations are logged in the activity log so nothing is missed 🕵
We have been hard at work making communication logs even better 🧑💻
Drilling into a log details view will now show if it was sent by resvu, delivered and also when it was last opened and read by the recipient - all to give you more insight 📈
